Payment

Payment terms are established per engagement. All services require upfront payment or retainer before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Client-specific deliverables belong to the client upon full payment. Our proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and internal tools remain the property of Superstar AI.

Limitation of Liability

Superstar AI provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
